Common questions

Prices for tomorrow are missing. Day-ahead prices publish around 13:00 CET (14:00 EET in Finland). Before that, tomorrow genuinely does not exist yet. Pull down on the price screen to refresh.

A notification never arrived. Check that notifications are allowed for Sparky in your phone's system settings, and that quiet hours in Sparky aren't covering the time. On iOS, background wake-ups are not delivered while the app is force-quit — reopen the app once and it catches up.

My prices look too low or too high. Check the VAT and tariff settings under Settings → Price. Spot prices are quoted excluding VAT; what you actually pay adds VAT, grid fees and any energy tax.

I connected Tibber but nothing changed. Tibber replaces the public spot price source with your own contract's prices. If the numbers look the same, that usually means they *are* the same.

Your data

Everything lives on your device. There is no account to delete. Clearing the run log in Settings, or uninstalling the app, removes it. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Morgondagens priser saknas. Dagen-före-priserna publiceras runt 13:00 CET (14:00 EET i Finland). Innan dess finns morgondagen helt enkelt inte än. Dra nedåt på prisskärmen för att uppdatera.

En notis kom aldrig. Kontrollera att notiser är tillåtna för Sparky i telefonens systeminställningar, och att tyst läge i Sparky inte täcker tidpunkten. På iOS levereras inte bakgrundsväckningar medan appen är tvångsstängd — öppna appen en gång så hämtar den ikapp.

Priserna ser för låga eller för höga ut. Kolla moms- och tariffinställningarna under Inställningar → Pris. Spotpriser anges exklusive moms; det du faktiskt betalar tillkommer moms, nätavgifter och eventuell energiskatt.

Jag kopplade Tibber men inget hände. Tibber ersätter den publika spotpriskällan med ditt eget avtals priser. Ser siffrorna likadana ut betyder det oftast att de *är* likadana.
